Primary Focus:
Provide occupational therapy to patients/clients via assessment, treatment, program planning, inservicing, appropriate documentation and communication.  This provision of service and possible supervision of service must be in accordance with established quality assurance and procedural guidelines, such that it ensures quality of care.

Reports to:   Chief Executive Officer

Qualifications:
All the criteria must be met:
1.)   Be certified by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board (AOTCB)
2.)   Be currently licensed in the appropriate state(s)
3.)   Have at least 3 years of experience as an OTR/L
4.)  Display professional competency as a general practitioner of occupational therapy, as defined by AOTA.
